Fiber and DSL across Riverside, Corona and Fontana; Internet Air 5G region-wide.

Is it an outage?

  1. Open the Smart Home Manager app to see outages at your address and test your equipment.
  2. Or visit the official AT&T support site.
  3. Check Downdetector for reports from other users.

Restart your equipment

Most AT&T customers have a fiber box plus gateway, or a DSL gateway, or an Internet Air unit. Unplug the router, then the fiber box's power. Wait a minute. Power the fiber box first, wait for a steady light, then the router. Don't touch or bend the thin fiber cord.

Reaching AT&T

Use the number on your bill, in the Smart Home Manager app, or on AT&T's own website. We don't publish phone numbers because fake support lines are a common scam.

Beware of fake "support" numbers. Scam sites and ads pose as provider support, then ask for remote access to your computer or payment in gift cards. Use only the number on your bill, in the provider's app, or on the provider's own website.

Tired of outages?

A second connection from a different provider means one outage doesn't take you offline. Compare options in the city guides or get business quotes.
