Around here

Satellite internet nearly everywhere.

Is it an outage?

  1. Open the Starlink app to see outages at your address and test your equipment.
  2. Or visit the official Starlink support site.
  3. Check Downdetector for reports from other users.

Restart your equipment

Most Starlink customers have a dish and Starlink router. Reboot from the Starlink app, or unplug the power supply for a minute. The app also flags outages and obstructions.

Reaching Starlink

Use the number on your bill, in the Starlink app, or on Starlink's own website. We don't publish phone numbers because fake support lines are a common scam.

Beware of fake "support" numbers. Scam sites and ads pose as provider support, then ask for remote access to your computer or payment in gift cards. Use only the number on your bill, in the provider's app, or on the provider's own website.

Tired of outages?

A second connection from a different provider means one outage doesn't take you offline. Compare options in the city guides or get business quotes.
