Is it an outage?

  1. Open the MyFrontier app to see outages at your address and test your equipment.
  2. Or visit the official Frontier support site.
  3. Check Downdetector for reports from other users.

Restart your equipment

Most Frontier customers have a fiber box (ONT) plus a router. Unplug the router, then the fiber box's power. Wait a minute. Power the fiber box first, wait for a steady light, then the router. Don't touch or bend the thin fiber cord.

Reaching Frontier

Use the number on your bill, in the MyFrontier app, or on Frontier's own website. We don't publish phone numbers because fake support lines are a common scam.

Beware of fake "support" numbers. Scam sites and ads pose as provider support, then ask for remote access to your computer or payment in gift cards. Use only the number on your bill, in the provider's app, or on the provider's own website.

Tired of outages?

A second connection from a different provider means one outage doesn't take you offline. Compare options in the city guides or get business quotes.
